The Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) is a battery-operated video doorbell that can you can also connect to your existing door chime. It’s smart enough to tell the difference between people, packages, animals and vehicles and will send you an alert when there’s any activity. The 1.3 megapixel video camera with HDR lets you see who’s at the door and you can talk to them using the built-in microphone and speaker. However, if you’re too busy, you can play a pre-recorded quick response instead.
